1. What is this promotion?
Kestrl is running a prize draw called the Umrah Giveaway. One winner will be selected at random to receive a fully funded Umrah trip for two people, worth approximately £2,000 GBP. The draw is open to eligible Kestrl customers and — because no purchase or financial commitment is required to enter — to any eligible UK resident via our free entry route.
The promotion is organised and run by Kestrl Invest Limited, Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, Moorgate, London, England, EC2M 5SQ (company number 16081471), a UK fintech whose accounts are issued by AF Payments Limited, an electronic money institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 900440).
2. What's the prize?
The prize is one Umrah trip for two people. This includes:
Return flights from a UK airport to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Accommodation for the duration of the trip
The approximate retail value of the prize is £2,000 GBP. The full trip itinerary, including travel dates, will be agreed between Kestrl and the winner after the draw. The prize is:
Non-transferable — it cannot be passed to another person
Non-exchangeable — there is no cash alternative
Winners must ensure their own eligibility and application for appropriate travel visas and passports.
Subject to substitution — Kestrl reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances make it necessary (for example, if the trip cannot be arranged for reasons outside Kestrl's control).
3. Who can enter?
Route 1 — In-App Entry
To enter via the app you must:
Be a UK resident aged 18 or over
Hold an open, active, and unrestricted Kestrl account
Complete the two entry criteria before the campaign end date (see Section 5)
Route 2 — Free Entry
To enter via the free entry route you must:
Be a UK resident aged 18 or over
Tell three people about Kestrl and let us know their name and email address used for application via the Google form
Publish a post about Kestrl on social media and share the link via the Google form
Not have already entered via Route 1 for the same draw
No Kestrl account, deposit, balance, or purchase of any kind is required to enter via Route 2.
4. How to enter
Route 1 — Account Holder Entry
Submit your entry to the Umrah Giveaway via the Google form. This will sign you up to these terms and conditions, after which we will track your eligibility. You will then need to complete both of the following criteria before the campaign end date of 27th March 2026:
Balance — Maintain a minimum balance of £5,000 GBP in your Kestrl account. Your balance will be checked at the time of the draw. If your balance drops below £5,000 before the draw, your entry will be suspended — but will be reinstated automatically if your balance returns to £5,000 or above before the draw takes place.
Referrals — Refer two friends to Kestrl and let us know their name and email address used for application via the Google form. A referral only qualifies once your friend has downloaded the Kestrl app AND completed the card ordering process. The friend must have downloaded and completed sign-up after the 'go-live' date of the giveaway. Downloading the app alone is not sufficient. A referral will be voided if the referred person cancels their card before it arrives or closes their account within 28 days of opening.
Route 2 — Free Entry
Submit your entry to the Umrah Giveaway Route 2 via the Google form. This will sign you up to these terms and conditions, after which we will track your eligibility. You will then need to complete both of the following criteria before the campaign end date of 27th March 2026:
Referrals — Refer three friends to Kestrl and let us know their name and email address used for application via the Google form. A referral only qualifies once your friend has downloaded the Kestrl app AND completed the card ordering process. The friend must have downloaded and completed sign-up after the 'go-live' date of the giveaway. Downloading the app alone is not sufficient. A referral will be voided if the referred person cancels their card before it arrives or closes their account within 28 days of opening.
Social media post — Publish a post about Kestrl on social media and share the link via the Google form. This can be on any platform where Kestrl has an account (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and must tag Kestrl in the post.
One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Entry route submissions must be received by 27th March 2026. Kestrl is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or not received.
Route 2 entrants will be added to the eligible draw pool manually by Kestrl before the draw is run. They have an equal chance of winning as Route 1 entrants.
5. Keeping your entry valid
If you entered via Route 1, your entry remains valid only while all criteria are met. Specifically:
Your balance will be re-checked at draw time. If your balance is below £5,000 when the draw runs, you will not be entered.
Your referral count is locked once two qualifying referrals are confirmed. However, if a referred friend's referral is subsequently voided (see Section 4), your referral count may fall below two and your entry may be suspended.
Your referred friend must have kept the account open until the date of the Umrah departure.
Route 2 entrants require the following criteria to be met:

The post on social media must remain live for the duration of the giveaway.
Your referred friend must have kept the account open until the date of the Umrah departure.
6. The draw
The draw will take place on 27th March 2026 at Midday UK time. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants — combining both Route 1 and Route 2 entrants — at the time the draw runs.
The draw will be conducted by Kestrl. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Route 1 entrants must still meet all criteria at the exact moment the draw runs. Route 2 entrants must have submitted a valid entry by the closing date.
7. Winner notification and claiming the prize
The winner will be contacted within 3 business days of the draw date via email.
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 calendar days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, Kestrl reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
Once confirmed, Kestrl will contact the winner to arrange trip logistics, including travel dates and itinerary. The winner must hold a valid passport and visa for travel to Saudi Arabia. All other entrants will receive a thank-you notification within 10 business days of the draw.
8. Legal bits and pieces

9. What we share with you about your referred friends
To help you track your progress, Kestrl may let you know when key milestones are reached by the friends you've referred. This may include confirming that your friend has:
Downloaded the Kestrl app
Opened a Kestrl account
Completed their card order
This is limited to milestone updates only. Kestrl will not share any other information about your friend's account with you.
10. Data and privacy
By entering this promotion, you agree that Kestrl may collect, store, and process your personal data for the purposes of administering the draw, notifying the winner, and fulfilling the prize. We will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
For Route 2 entrants: personal data submitted by post or email will be used solely for the purpose of administering this draw and will be deleted within 30 days of the draw date.
We'll process your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, we can void your entry or, where a prize has already been issued, take steps to recover it.
We can't promise we'll approve every referred friend's account application. Like all financial service providers, we have responsibilities to keep Kestrl and our customers safe, and we apply eligibility checks to all applicants.
Kestrl is not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed, or not received.
